Villa Nautica is a new property in our offer since the season 2012. It is a very nice house located right in the port of Vela Luka,  first line by the sea with a direct access, a little private pier and beach for use of the villa guests only. There is a private pool on the main terrace, along with a porch and a bbq area.
The house in fact consists of 3 apartments that make up a private house complex. Ground floor apartment has one bedroom, the upper two have 2 bedrooms each. It can accommodate up to 13 persons. Each apartment is fully equipped, with very large terraces and beautiful views.

• Apartment 1: kitchen, dining room and living room with a couch that can make up an extra bed, bedroom, bathroom, terrace

• Swimming pool, loggia with fireplace, spacious yard, private parking place.
