General Information

Villa Ojdana was built in 2012 on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It's located on the slopes of the mountain Kozjak near the town of Trogir, Split-Resnik airport, and the Zagreb-Dubrovnik highway.
 
Suitable for group of friends, families with children, small business meetings or art colony and special occasions (weddings, promotions, honeymoon, ...). Pets are welcome.
Villa Ojdana can accommodate up to 10 persons (4 double rooms and 1 twin room on the gallery).
 

Amenties:
 
Outdoor swimming pool 10 x 4 meters with the possibility of heating (integrated countercurrent, vertical and horizontal massage, outdoor shower by the pool, bathroom with shower under the pool and gym).
Outdoor and indoor grill, safe, hydromassage bathtub, gym, playground, outdoor bowling court, olives and vegetable garden.
The whole Villa is air conditioned with built-in floor heating for colder weather.
Parking: 2 garage places  + 3 outdoor
 
 
Rooms:
 
Villa Ojdana has 3 floors. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room connected with the working room / library on the gallery, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
 
First floor: bedroom with bathroom, apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and one twin room on the gallery (2nd floor). All rooms have access to the loggia / terrace / balcony with garden furniture.
The villa has 5 bathrooms with a shower (4 inside the house, one under the swimming pool and gym). Large bathroom on the ground floor has a hydromassage bathtub.
Also: tavern/wine cellar, gym, open kitchen with grill, garage ...

The Villa has all the devices necessary for a pleasant stay : oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, BBQ, ice maker, washing  machine, dryer, ...
Communication: phone / wireless internet
Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, DVD/video library, stereo ...
 
 

Price include :
 
The cost of electricity, water, gas, heating and Internet.
Daily maintenance of the garden and pool.
Cleaning service (up to 5 hours) once a week.

Frequency of linen change: Once a week.
Frequency of towel change: 3 times per week.

Residence/tourist tax or a registration fee where applicable. These charges are pre-paid and will be added to the cost of the rental.
